I have been attempting to do some studying with Jiaying the past couple of weeks but now she's sick so I can't go out to study with her! I need my Saturday study session with her and our dinner and yummy coffee jelly with milk tea from Koi Cafe and looong talking session at the beach! Not like I actually study much to begin with...but now, I'm seriously not studying at all! Oh noes!

Jiaying and I just looooove talking. And she obviously loves playing with my hair too. Braids!

Friday was shopping with Maggie and JY! Wheeee! Finally! I travelled down with Disha after our useless Psych tutorial and then met up with those 2 latecomers. I'm happy with my buys but I'm still not satisfied. I still have to get formal dresses for Pearline jie's wedding! Ahhhhhh! There are about a dozen older cousins who are of marriagable age and I've got sooo many weddings to go to! I hate wearing dresses...and having to decide what to wear is such a pain. =X

Anyways, we went to the Club Marc sale! Being the nice sister I am, I had to help Che exchange her pair of shoes coz they gave her the wrong size previously. I also helped my mum buy a pair of white heels (which turns out she can't wear despite the bigger size coz it's of a different cutting!) and got myself a pair of heels and a top. The heels are only at $19.90 when it used to cost $89.90! It doesn't look like $89.90 shoes though. Lol! But I'm still happy with it coz it's quite comfortable to wear for a pair of heels. Knowing me, heels are like my nemesis. But so far, I survived a night out with that pair. Maggie bought her fav kind of top and some Aladdin pants and both her and JY got underwear too. Hahaha.

Dinner was at our all-time fav!

I looooooove the corn muffins! I know JH is gonna gag. Corn is NOT devil's spawn ok?

Mint Chocolate Bomb, Hot White Chocolate, Iced Mocha. I like the aftertaste of mint in the sweet mocha, but the ice wasn't blended really well =((

Dinner was at IndoChine at Clarke Quay. The ambience is great! But I think our seats around the table were too far apart... Jh and I had already eaten so we had dessert instead. JH wanted "romance" from the waitress! Tsktsk...but she didn't leave her number, like what Zee and I thought, after all. Hahhaha!

Here's his Romance Of The Kingdom. 1 single solitary glutinous rice ball, coconut flesh, gingko nuts and this scoop of really awesome black seasame ice cream that sent me straight to the stratosphere. The taste was so thick and there were bits of black seasame in it so the taste was really strong. Yum!

We shared a Lemongrass Creme Brulee too. It was quite unique since the burnt sugar layer was not on the creme brulee itself but a separate crust. I like the lemongrass fragrance too.... desserts were good but abit too pricey. Sigh.

After that, we walked around and ended up at Mama's Carribean Bar for drinks. I had a Carribean Sunset cocktail. Tasted quite fruit punch-like, but alcohol taste wasn't too strong so it's still pretty good. Music there was nice pop/r&b music and a live band. Cool thing was, there was a guy who played the flute in there! Super cool lar! Too bad guys were around and people hardly dance in a pub so we girls couldn't be too crazy. We swayed abit while waiting in the back corner for the toilet though. Lol!

Hor! Somebody said he doesn't wanna drink and ended up drinking more than me! Tsktsk!

After that was desserts at Coffee Club! Sat there and chatted over desserts till we were all stoned and too tired to continue. And did I mention that it was JH and my second round of desserts?! I gonna be a pig! Lucky I didn't have lunch that day....but all that sugars! Oh noes!!!

Our Iced Blackberry Coffee and Chocolate Mint Cake. The coffee had yummy blackberry jelly in it! Reminds me of my all time fav from Koi Cafe. But coffee is just too bitter for me....I prefer my milk tea. Having such a sweet tooth is bad for me =((

And there was a humongous gigantic gargantuan slice of mudpie. O_o

JH and I ended up home at about 3am? I thought I would be wide awake with the coffee but I ended up falling asleep right in the middle of the bed that he was supposed to sleep on, so poor him had to sleep on the other bed without any pillows or blanket. Oops! Then we woke up at 7+am since my sis had to use her room so we went back to my room (it was a totally innocent nap, don't think dirty, people!) and slept the whole morning away! Such piggies.

Anyways, an early Happy 15th Month, JH! You'll be going to Taiwan for 3 weeks in a few days' time! I know I keep saying I'm envious coz I wanna go Taiwan too, I know this really isn't for leisure and that it's going to be tough for you out at the jungle. Take good care of yourself, ok? 3 weeks will pass soon and we'll see each other again, and army life will be a breeze for you after this last phase of ASLC training. This video's for you...
